Through hands-on workshops in traditional crafts like Oaxacan embroidery and Talavera pottery, award-winning culinary masterclasses featuring regional specialties, organic gardening practices, and mindful horseback riding, we offer learners the opportunity to develop both practical skills and profound cultural understanding. Our three distinct hubs celebrate Mexico’s incredible diversity: San Miguel de Allende serves as our foundational center, where colonial architecture meets contemporary creativity in our arts, cooking, and family programs. Our Oaxaca hub immerses students in one of Mexico’s most culturally rich regions, offering deep dives into Zapotec traditions, ancient weaving techniques, vibrant culinary heritage, and authentic market experiences at one of the oldest and biggest markets in Mexico, where generations of indigenous vendors share their knowledge of traditional foods, textiles, and artisanal crafts. In Tulum, our newest location connects learners with Mayan wisdom, ancient ruins, and rich history, while offering jungle adventures and lagoon sports, creating a perfect synthesis of archaeological discovery and natural exploration where students can experience the biodiversity of the Yucatan Peninsula while learning traditional navigation and water-based activities.
